Lucky to survive, Paul now shares the events that led to this tragedy, the resilience he developed to live with the repercussions of his actions, and the lessons and skills he developed while navigating prison as a young offender. Through his experiences, he now gives back by teaching others how to build resilience
and make better decisions in their own lives.

What4 Story
New Years Eve 2004, 20 years ago, Paul made an incredibly poor decision to get behind the wheel of a car after having too much to drink. The accident resulted in a fatality, the consequences of which were far reaching and will remain with him for the rest of his life.
Paul has chosen to model accountability, show vulnerability and hold himself accountable for his biggest mistake and largest life lesson.
In respect for the victim, ensuring his death not be in vain, Paul found his purpose, or what he calls 'What4', to prevent similar mistakes from happening to others.
